REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return and Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, we invite you to review the following terms:

Return Eligibility:

Below terms has to be met in order for a return to be accepted:

  1. Received an incorrect product from what was ordered originally
  2. Product received in a Damage condition or Manufacturing defect.
  3. Product is within the return period of 10 days from the date of delivery.

Product received in Damaged condition should be reported immediately with pictures/videos within 4 days, this will ensure us to resolve the problem on a priority basis. Damage report without pictures or proof will not be accepted for returns.

The return shipping fee for any eligible return as mentioned above will be provided by Greysteel. The customer is responsible for Shipping fee if any return accepted beyond the eligibility.

When customer is shipping back the product. Below conditions apply for a Refund.

  • Must be in excellent condition.
  • Original packaging is not damaged.
  • No missing parts (including any replacement parts that you have received).
  • Completely disassembled.
  • We do not accept partially assembled products.

Refund:

  • Initiated within 14 working days after the returned goods pass our inspection.
  • Refunds will be via the same payment method used for your original purchase. Refunds should be credited to your account within a few days, depending on your bank’s practice.
